Brands > Heresite Heresite ® Coatings & LiningsHeresite coatings provide protection against a very wide range of industrial chemicals in immersion service, splash and spill applications and fume services. Heresite protective coatings and Heresite chemical resistant linings offer a wide range of baked phenolic coatings, air dry phenolic coatings, polyester coatings, vinyl coatings, polyurethane coatings, epoxy coatings and epoxy phenolic coatings. ICS TECHNOLOGIES applies Heresite coatings to a wide range of air handling equipment (fans and air ducts), tanks and industrial process equipment. HERESITE P-400 series baked phenolic coatings have the widest range of chemical resistance of all the Heresite coatings. These Heresite coatings are especially noted for their excellent resistance to acids, solvents and inorganic salts. Maximum operating temperatures range up to 400°F/205°C. They have excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility and very good thermal conductivity. Coating thicknesses range up to 7 mils (178 microns/.007"). Many coatings in this series are FDA compliant for direct food contact uses. HERESITE VR-500 series air dry phenolic coatings are extremely hard, corrosion resistant coatings designed for exposure to splash, spills and fumes of a wide range of industrial chemicals. Maximum operating temperatures range up to 150°F/66°C. They have excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and very good thermal conductivity. Coating thicknesses range up to 6 mils (152 microns/.006"). HERESITE CSE-6000 series cold set epoxy coatings are used for tank and vessel linings and heavy duty industrial maintenance applications for excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, petroleum products and water service to 250°F/121°C in deionized water. Dry heat resistance is 275°F/135°C. Thermal spikes up to 400° F/204° C can be tolerated for short durations. Coating thicknesses range up to 15 mils (381 microns/.015"). All coatings in this series are FDA compliant for direct food contact uses. HERESITE EP-6300 series baked epoxy phenolic coatings are ideal for extreme immersion service in acids, alkalines, salts and waters especially in high pH environments.
